INTRODUCTION
This is the second activity involved by the Volunteering in the Community members. This program was conducted by Mohd Firdaus Bin Jamaluddin as a director of program. Meanwhile, the advisor of program is Mr. Tajuddin Bin Yahya. After a few discussions with group’s members, we decided to clean up to all area Al-Mustaqimmah Mosque. The location of this program is in area Al-Mustaqimmah Mosque, at Taman Cheras Indah. This program named as “Program Gotong-Royong Masjid Al-Mustaqimmah Taman Cheras Indah”. This ‘gotong-royong’ program has been done on Friday, 16th October 2009 involved by 36 students of Volunteering in the Community members. This program held from 8.00 Am to 12.30 PM. This program got cooperation from Al- Mustaqimmah Organization Community.
The purpose of this program is to develop teamwork spirit among volunteering community students. Through this program, it is help to be more independent, self confidence and practicing good communication among the Volunteering in the Community members with the outside community. Other than that, the Volunteering in the Community members be able to communicate, listen and respect each other. Through this program also can help to be closer with the outside community members.
The strategic of this program is to show that KPTM can stand at the same level with other prestige institutions and also to demonstrate KPTM students can handle event or programmed with success and give proud to KPTM on outsiders. And this activity is more to close the relationship between the communities of club who are new to this college. Then it also hopes to strengthen our cooperation in this program as a medium to do so. In aspect of teamwork our strategic is to show that cooperation is important in teamwork in order to organize and complete a job. This is because in our religion teach us about how important when it comes term of closed the relationship and hope this program wills success to achieve our objectives for this program.
OBJECTIVES
- To promote KPTM to outsider as one of IPTS to further study in high level.
- To fulfill requirement of subject that have given to final year students.
- To encourage participants to do charity in society.
- To determine the capability of performance in able to compete with others institution.
- Foster relationship between students and Al-MustaqimMah community.
